As part of an official visit to Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, held a meeting with His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed enhancing bilateral relations between the UAE and Qatar. They also focused on further strengthening cooperation in key strategic sectors of mutual interest.
Sheikh Khaled and Sheikh Mohammed highlighted the importance of deepening collaboration between the UAE and Qatar across vital areas and national priorities, reflecting the aspirations of the leadership and benefiting both nations. They also praised the longstanding ties and strong bonds between the two countries and their people.
Present at the meeting were Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, chairman of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court; Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, Minister of Investment; Khalifa Shaheen Almarar, Minister of State; and Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority.
Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism; Mansour Ibrahim Al Mansouri, chairman of the Department of Health; Saif Saeed Ghobash, secretary general of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council; Sheikh Zayed bin Khalifa bin Sultan bin Shakhboot Al Nahyan, UAE Ambassador to Qatar also participated with a number of senior officials.
Sheikh Khaled concludes visit
Following the meeting, Sheikh Khaled concluded his visit to Qatar, bidding farewell to His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, Deputy Emir of the State of Qatar, at Doha International Airport.
Sheikh Khaled expressed gratitude and appreciation for the warm and generous hospitality he received during his visit, which reflected the deep and enduring ties between the UAE and Qatar.
During the official visit, Sheikh Khaled also met with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, where they discussed ways to further enhance cooperation across strategic sectors of mutual interest.
