The AIM Congress, recognized as the leading global investment platform, is scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi from April 7-9, 2025. This year’s theme is “Mapping the Future of Global Investment: The New Wave of a Globalized Investment Landscape – Towards a New Balanced World Structure.”

A gathering of global leaders

AIM 2025 will unite industry leaders, government representatives, policymakers, and senior investors from both regional and international spheres, alongside notable global companies and organizations from diverse sectors. The event aims to delve into the latest trends, developments, and opportunities that are influencing the global investment environment, while also addressing current and future challenges and driving efforts to create innovative solutions for a sustainable and thriving global economy.

Commitment to global initiatives

Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE minister of State for Foreign Trade and president of AIM Congress, underscored the importance of the gathering. He noted that AIM Congress 2025 represents a chance to reaffirm the UAE’s steadfast dedication to spearheading global initiatives aimed at tackling the urgent economic challenges of the present. He remarked that as the world faces significant economic transformations, AIM will serve as a vital platform for the international community to unite, develop innovative investment strategies, and establish a framework that promotes sustainable and inclusive growth for everyone.

Moreover, to accommodate a growing number of events, activities, and exhibitors, the exhibition space will be expanded to over 30,000 m². The congress is expected to welcome more than 25,000 esteemed participants from 180 countries, with over 1,000 speakers contributing to more than 350 panel discussions.

Diverse events and opportunities

AIM Congress 2025 will include a variety of events such as forums, dialogue sessions, workshops, high-level meetings, the AIM Investment Awards and Exhibition, a startups competition, and showcases of investment opportunities specific to various countries. Furthermore, with the addition of two new portfolios, AIM 2025 will cover eight key areas: Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Global Trade, Startups & Unicorns, Future Cities, Future Finance, Global Manufacturing, Digital Economy, and Entrepreneurs.

Dawood Al Shezawi, chairman of the Organizing Committee for AIM Congress, emphasized the event’s ongoing success and increasing levels of participation.

 He stated that the committee is committed to organizing a larger and more impactful edition, aiming to further contribute to a more prosperous and inclusive global economy.
