Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) has revealed its comprehensive Roadmap for 2025-2027, aimed at driving a thriving, adaptable, and diverse business ecosystem that promotes innovation and entrepreneurship within Abu Dhabi.

Launched during the Abu Dhabi Business Week 2024 (ADBW 2024), this roadmap highlights the chamber’s dedication to reinforcing its role as the representative voice of the private sector.

The initiative, WAM reported, centers on developing partnerships, linking businesses to international markets, unlocking new opportunities, advocating for supportive policies, and empowering entrepreneurs and talent.

Strengthening economic growth

The roadmap is designed to strengthen ADCCI’s capacity to facilitate cross-border collaborations, support economic diversification, and cultivate a vibrant business environment for its members. It aims to enable companies based in Abu Dhabi to achieve sustained growth, enhance their competitive advantages, and contribute to the emirate’s future prosperity.

This plan marks a new chapter of improved operations and performance, aligning with Abu Dhabi’s ambitious goals to accelerate the transition towards a smart, diversified, and sustainable economy.

New brand identity

At ADBW 2024, ADCCI also introduced its new brand identity, signaling an ambitious vision for the future and marking a strategic phase of development. Guided by a north star that aims to empower and transform the business community, the rebranding reflects the chamber’s evolution and its commitment to providing exceptional value to its members.

He also emphasized that the roadmap prioritizes ease of doing business, accelerates growth in essential sectors, and empowers SMEs and family enterprises to thrive in regional and global markets.

A comprehensive guide for the future

The new roadmap acts as a detailed guide, driven by an ambitious vision to continue building upon ADCCI’s successes in enhancing the emirate’s economy over the next three years.

Moreover, ADCCI’s roadmap introduces a variety of initiatives. It features innovative priorities and projects designed to accelerate the growth of emerging sectors. Additionally, it promotes sustainable development in Abu Dhabi.

Core pillars of economic excellence

The chamber’s roadmap for economic excellence is anchored by five core pillars, each crucial for driving innovation, sustainability, and resilience. At the forefront is Policy Advocacy, which acts as the link between the business community and policymakers. This strategy ensures that the perspectives of enterprises are incorporated into Abu Dhabi’s economic strategies. This creates an environment where businesses can thrive. It also allows them to make meaningful contributions to the emirate’s prosperity.

Empowering businesses with insights

The second pillar, Market Intelligence, provides businesses with essential insights and analytics to navigate an increasingly competitive global landscape, empowering informed decision-making.

Building a thriving ecosystem

The third pillar, Ecosystem Building, supports local businesses by integrating them into the wider economic value chain. In addition, this initiative strengthens business networks and promotes collaboration, laying the groundwork for a vibrant and interconnected economy. Innovation is a core aspect of this vision, with the Innovation Agenda addressing transformative global trends such as digital transformation and sustainability. By embracing these changes, Abu Dhabi is positioning itself as a leader in sustainable and digital economies, ensuring that businesses are prepared for the future.

Expanding international markets

Lastly, Market Expansion focuses on unlocking international markets, enhancing competitiveness, and facilitating cross-border trade. This pillar reinforces Abu Dhabi’s role as a gateway to global commerce. It enhances its status as an economic, financial, and investment hub on the world stage.

Together, these five pillars further create a cohesive roadmap that supports Abu Dhabi’s ambition to shape a prosperous future defined by innovation, collaboration, and resilience.
