The Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy (ADGMA), the educational arm of Abu Dhabi’s international financial center, has announced the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with Ethara, the leading live event management company and venue operator in the region.

Developing Emirati talent, establishing an educational hub

This strategic collaboration between the two parties will focus on training and developing the next generation of Emirati talent across various job roles. The goal is to upskill existing competencies to better meet the evolving demands of the market.

Through this partnership, ADGMA and Ethara aim to establish an educational hub that will develop comprehensive training programs. These programs will be designed to maintain a highly skilled and effective workforce. Additionally, they will launch National Development Programs to support the onboarding, development, and retention of Emirati talent in diverse job functions.

Advancing employability skills

Both entities will also work closely with the National Development Program and Financial Job Center to advance the professional employability skills of existing and upcoming Emirati talent. Additionally, to promote continuous learning within the organizations, the MoU will explore the launch of new courses. These courses will focus on developing specific skills and competencies that are essential for the career growth of these talents.

Oversight and implementation

A joint working group, comprising representatives from both ADGMA and Ethara, will be established to oversee the implementation of the provisions outlined in the MoU. This group will also be responsible for decision-making in the identified areas of mutual cooperation.
