Building on the success of its first edition in October, ADGM, the international financial center of Abu Dhabi, hosted its second Virtual Career Fair in collaboration with eFinancialCareers, emphasizing its dedication to global connectivity and its capability to attract top-tier talent from across the globe.
A total of 10,456 professionals registered to attend the career fair to take advantage of ADGM’s vibrant and thriving ecosystem, which enables both professionals and businesses to streamline the recruitment process by eliminating geographical barriers.
Held on May 14, 2025, this second edition featured over 40 leading businesses, including major financial institutions, banks, asset managers, fintech innovators, consultancies, startups, legal firms, and tech companies based in ADGM. Notable participants included BNP Paribas, Citi UAE, First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Grant Thornton, GQG Partners, Gulf Capital, and Finance House.
The collaboration with eFinancialCareers—a leading global job platform—opened doors for businesses to connect with candidates from more than 30 countries, with a significant number of participants from the U.K., U.S., India, Singapore, Australia, Canada, the Philippines, and beyond. This initiative also attracted participation from many UAE Nationals, highlighting its alignment with national talent development priorities.
Participating candidates represented a diverse range of over 30 sectors, including private banking, professional services, consulting, wealth management, digital banking, exchanges and brokerages, private equity, and hedge funds, among others.

Employer booths recorded more than 32,000 visits from engaged professionals worldwide.
