Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) has formed a strategic, multi-year alliance with Gushcloud International, a global creator management and licensing firm that leverages AI technology. Under this agreement, Gushcloud will set up its EMEA and India regional headquarters in Abu Dhabi, propelling the emirate’s rapidly expanding digital creator economy and solidifying its status as a global digital media hub.
Gushcloud’s expansion is anticipated to create over 100 full-time positions across various sectors, including technology, finance, sales, and legal. Furthermore, Gushcloud will initiate a Creator Venture Programme (CVP) designed to provide funding and business support to both local and international digital content creators, amplifying Abu Dhabi’s attractiveness as a vibrant destination for digital talent.
Founded in Singapore, Gushcloud operates in 13 markets and manages a global network of over 100,000 content creators, influencers, and celebrities. As part of its expansion in Abu Dhabi, the company intends to transfer senior management to the emirate, which is projected to become Gushcloud’s largest international office to date.

Driving IP development and educational collaboration
In addition to job creation, this partnership will enhance IP development in media content, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s leadership in cutting-edge content creation and digital rights management. Gushcloud will partner with local entities to develop training programs and internships for students in Abu Dhabi universities, nurturing digital media expertise in future generations.
