ADNOC Distribution and noon have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore opportunities for enhancing last-mile delivery through AI-powered logistics collaboration. This partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

ADNOC Distribution is the UAE’s largest fuel and convenience retailer, while noon stands out as a leading online retailer and delivery service. This collaboration merges ADNOC Distribution’s robust physical retail presence with noon’s AI-enabled logistics platform, which optimizes delivery operations through smarter inventory management, personalized recommendations, and real-time route planning.

New noon Minutes distribution centers will be established at ADNOC Distribution service stations, significantly reducing delivery times and expanding the reach of last-mile fulfillment throughout the UAE. For the first time, noon riders will deliver ADNOC Oasis products ordered via the ADNOC Distribution app, according to a statement.

This collaboration will also illustrate ADNOC Distribution’s commitment to creating hyper-personalized experiences for its customers, enabling targeted recommendations through the ADNOC Rewards program. Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Managing Director and Group CEO of ADNOC, along with Mohamed Alabbar, founder of noon, were present at the signing ceremony.
