Ajman real estate transactions surge to $121.6 million with 189 deals in April 2025

Ajman witnessed a remarkable 24.3 percent rise in real estate valuation transactions in April compared to March, generating a total value of AED446.8 million ($121.6 million) through 189 transactions. Eng.

Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, director-general of Ajman’s Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the valuations encompassed residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties.

He highlighted that residential properties accounted for the largest portion of the total valuation, reaching AED207.4 million, surpassing commercial properties, which exceeded AED180 million in total value.

Al Muhairi further noted that the April report included personal valuations, judicial and institutional valuations, as well as assessments related to long-term Golden Residence permits for investors. A total of 154 such transactions were finalized, reflecting a 21.3 percent increase compared to March, with a cumulative value of AED303.3 million.

In the first quarter of 2025, ajman recorded 3,887 real estate transactions, with a total value exceeding AED5.55 billion, indicating a 29 percent increase compared to the same period last year.

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in ajman announced the registration of 1,321 real estate transactions during January 2025, with a total value of AED1.57 billion, while the trading volume amounted to AED1.26 billion out of a total of 1,044 real estate transactions.

According to statistics released by the department, the highest sales value was observed in the “Al Zahia” area, with a value of AED50 million.
