Ultra-luxury real estate developer AHS Properties has announced the sale of a high-end apartment in its project ‘One Canal’ located along the Dubai Water Canal. The latest transaction included the sale of an apartment for AED60 million ($16.3 million). These sales underscore the continued growth of Dubai’s ultra-luxury real estate market.
“Dubai’s luxury real estate market has experienced exceptional growth in 2024, as we had anticipated. Reports indicate that the second quarter of 2024 alone saw a surge in real estate transactions, with 43,261 deals amounting to a total value of AED124.1 billion. This represents a notable increase of 14.3 percent compared to Q2 2023, highlighting the market’s robust activity. $50 million penthouse
Notably, the One Canal project has witnessed the sale of one of Dubai’s most expensive penthouses, valued at $50 million. The development features an array of exclusive amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, cinema room, wellness center, gym, bespoke dining experiences, and more, positioning it among Dubai’s premier ultra luxury real estate offerings.
Renowned architect Shaun Killa, best known for his work on the Museum of the Future in Dubai, has designed the project.
