Bahrain’s Ministry of Education has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al Osra Consultancy and Training Company based in Kuwait, aimed at enhancing collaboration in youth empowerment and advancing Gulf educational development.

The agreement promotes the third Gulf edition of the “Atamanna” (I Wish) National Development Project for Education and the Shaikha Hessa bint Salem Al Sabah Award for Educational Leadership, BNA reported.

The signing ceremony took place with the esteemed presence of Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education. It was executed by Sheikha Latifa bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Director of the Evaluation and Performance Directorate at the Ministry, alongside Sheikha Hessa bint Salem Al Sabah, General Supervisor and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Osra Company.

This agreement is designed to enhance cooperation between the Ministry and the consultancy firm in promoting the Shaikha Hessa bint Salem Al Sabah Award for Educational Leadership. Bahraini educational institutions have actively participated in both the first and second editions of this prestigious award. Notably, the most recent edition recognized a Bahraini student and teacher with top honors.
