Real estate developer Beyond announced the launch of its second project Orise on Thursday. The new project follows the success and sell-out of Saria, the company’s first development.
The new project, within the master-planned development at Dubai Maritime City (DMC), will span a gross floor area of 62,000 sq m. Orise will be home to 530 bespoke residences, ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments, exclusive chalets, and duplex penthouses.
