Cityscape Egypt 2025, set to take place from September 24 to 27, is taking a major step forward in its evolution as a regional real estate platform by launching its first-ever International Pavilion.

This new addition is designed to promote cross-border investment, deepen regional collaboration, and align with Egypt’s national agenda to strengthen and globalize its real estate sector.

The International Pavilion will provide a dedicated space for leading global developers to connect directly with Egyptian investors and real estate professionals, offering a new avenue for international engagement and signaling a growing trend of fluid capital movement between countries.

A global spotlight at Cityscape Talks

To complement the Pavilion’s global focus, Cityscape Talks will host a special panel discussion on September 26, spotlighting top global real estate destinations and investment strategies.

The session will feature Ahmed Abbassi, CEO and founder of Greca Group, who will share insights into international market dynamics and guide investors on what to look for when considering properties abroad.

Showcasing leading international developers

The International Pavilion will welcome a diverse lineup of global developers, each offering unique opportunities tailored to Egyptian and regional buyers.
