Additionally, Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, the UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and President of COP28, commended the success of COP and its effective response to global outcomes.

- We have accomplished significant achievements together within a short period of time. Over the course of two weeks, we have dedicated our efforts to building a better future for our people and the planet.
- Recognizing the need for a new course of action, we have focused on our primary goal and successfully charted that path.
- We have provided a comprehensive response to the global outcomes and fulfilled all necessary negotiation requirements.
- Based on scientific evidence, we have presented a robust action plan to preserve the possibility of achieving the 1.5°C target.
- This well-balanced action plan contributes to emission reduction, addresses adaptation gaps, enhances global climate finance mechanisms, and meets the requirements for loss and damage management.
- We have mobilized pledges for new funding exceeding $85 billion to address the consequences of climate change.
