With 1-bedroom apartments starting at AED888,000 and 2-bedroom apartments from AED1,420,000, Riverside Views offers an attractive 70/30 payment plan. The project is scheduled for handover on May 31, 2028.

DAMAC launches three major developments in 2024
The launch of Riverside Views follows a record-breaking year for DAMAC Properties, marked by the launch of three major community developments: Sun City, DAMAC Islands and the announcement of DAMAC Riverside.
Building on this momentum, DAMAC plans to introduce new projects and deliver significant construction updates throughout 2025.
Sajwani and senior executives from DAMAC headlined the press and partner event held in Coca-Cola Arena, gathering key DAMAC officials, agent partners and brokers, and regional and local media members. Globally renowned celebrities and influencers, including Indian Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan, were present at the launch.
DAMAC also ran a month-long campaign for Riverside Views in the UAE and its key target markets, such as India, Japan, China, Russia, and the US.
