The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) made a significant impact at the 30th International Travel & Hospitality Show (MITT) in Moscow, earning the prestigious ‘Outstanding Debut Award’. In its debut participation, the Abu Dhabi stand, situated prominently in the main hall, captured attention with its diverse offerings and attractions. It also showcased the emirate’s rich cultural heritage and modern amenities.

A delegation of 10 stakeholders included prominent names such as Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana, Saadiyat Rotana, and Etihad Airways represented the emirate. Moreover, Abu Dhabi aimed to cultivate and strengthen ties within the Russian and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets.

In addition, DCT Abu Dhabi sought to enhance awareness and appreciation for the emirate’s entertainment, nature and hospitality offerings. Beyond highlighting cultural and heritage experiences, the stand also catered to sun and beach enthusiasts. It also promoted sophisticated relaxation and rejuvenating escapes in Abu Dhabi.

DCT Abu Dhabi’s participation served as a platform to foster new business collaborations and explore avenues for joint marketing endeavors. Representatives from participating stakeholders actively engaged with guests. They shared insights into Abu Dhabi’s immersive cultural experiences, relaxing beach retreats and gastronomic delights. Moreover, they highlighted the emirate’s premier shopping outlets and unparalleled hospitality offerings.
