Dubai Airports has introduced a new baggage service center, a facility that combines left luggage and mishandled baggage services to enhance the guest experience at Dubai International’s (DXB) Terminal 2.

Now open, the Baggage Service Center at Dubai Airports is a one-stop shop for all luggage services. The center is conveniently located at Terminal 2 to ensure that guests can easily store and reclaim their bags at any time.

If visitors lose their bag, all they need is their luggage tag and a description of their bag and the service center will make sure to find it. In addition, if any bag gets damaged, the Baggage Service Center will replace it in a matter of seconds. The service center also allows guests to leave their bags at the airport to explore the city and pick it up once they need it.

The new facility seamlessly and securely connects publicly accessible areas with the terminal’s secured areas. This allows guests to claim their luggage without the need to go through additional screening processes. This upgrade enhances safety and reduces waiting times for guests, making the overall airport experience smoother and more efficient.

The launch of this service came in collaboration between Dubai Airports and its service partners, including Dubai Police, Dubai Customs, and dnata.
