Dubai Airports has been recognized with the 2025 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for its commitment to employee engagement. This award highlights organizations that cultivate some of the most engaged workplace cultures globally.

Dubai Airports has consistently sought new methods to engage and develop its workforce, establishing new benchmarks for workplace excellence, Dubai Media Office reported. Furthermore, Dubai Airports has achieved the 75th percentile in employee engagement, placing it among Gallup’s best practice companies—a status attained only by organizations that consider engagement an essential component of their business strategy.
