The establishment of the Center is in line with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid’s vision to ensure that residential neighborhoods in Dubai provide citizens with the highest quality of living standards in the world. It also aligns with the recently launched Dubai Social Agenda 33, which emphasizes the importance of the family as the foundation of the nation, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).

The Dubai Integrated Housing Center, situated at Avenue Mall in Nad Al Sheba, is set to commence operations in February. It will provide services from four government departments and two private sector partners.

Sheikh Hamdan emphasized that the Dubai government places great importance on the happiness and well-being of its citizens. He stated, “As part of the Dubai Social Agenda 33, launched by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid and centered around the theme of ‘Family: The Foundation of Our Nation,’ we have established the Dubai Integrated Housing Center. Designed to offer UAE citizens a streamlined and hassle-free home-building experience, the Center will provide 54 services, bringing together resources from four government entities and two private sector partners, all under one roof.”

Comprehensive support for citizens’ housing needs

The Center aims to provide comprehensive support to citizens, including consultancy for design selection, guidance on cost-saving measures, and assistance with financing through banks. The goal is to create a comfortable environment with convenient access, ensuring a seamless, easy, and efficient experience for citizens in building their homes.

Furthermore, the center addresses the diverse needs of citizens, with a specific focus on housing, construction, and land services, including the selection and allocation of residential lands.
