Dubai has launched a new summer destinations guide titled ‘Dubai’s Summer Activities’, which invites residents and visitors to explore an array of exciting indoor and outdoor activities available throughout Dubai during summer. Developed by Brand Dubai, the interactive guide is part of the latest phase of the #DubaiDestinations campaign, which seeks to showcase the city’s top-rated summer experiences and highlight unique attractions that make Dubai a one-of-a-kind summer destination.
“From engaging workshops that cater to various interests to leisure zones designed for both children and adults, the guide highlights numerous indoor options to beat the heat. For those seeking water-based adventures, it features an extensive list of water parks and beach activities, offering exciting ways to cool off,” stated May Al Naqbi, Senior Executive of Creative Projects at Brand Dubai.
The latest phase of the #DubaiDestinations campaign showcases Dubai as a unique summer destination by focusing on beach destinations, waterparks, indoor activities and kid-friendly hotel pools, highlighting the city’s diverse range of experiences that cater to the tastes and interests of people of all ages and nationalities.

In the first quarter of 2024, Dubai hosted more than five million visitors, an 11 percent annual increase in tourist numbers. The Dubai summer destinations guide seeks to attract more tourists to the city.
In addition, it falls in line with the UAE’s Tourism Strategy 2031, which seeks to raise the tourism sector’s contribution to the GDP to AED450 billion, with an annual increase of AED27 billion, strengthen the position of the UAE as one of the best destinations in the world for tourism, boost competitiveness by attracting AED100 billion as additional tourism investments, and welcome 40 million hotel guests.
