Dubai’s Metro and Tram services have earned 96 percent rating in the International Customer Experience Standard (ICXS) for 2024, marking a significant rise from 87.2 percent in 2022 and 92.2 percent in 2023. This accomplishment highlights the dedication of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Keolis-MHI, the operators of Dubai Metro and Tram, to providing outstanding public transport services that prioritize customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
