Under the third phase of the Dubai 10X initiative, Dubai’s government entities convened to review the progress of the projects designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors, improve travel within the emirate, and boost community health. Under the guidance of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai’s Crown Prince and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, the third phase of the Dubai 10X initiative will revolutionize the emirate’s landscape.

Driving innovation

The Dubai 10X initiative, championed by Sheikh Hamdan, embodies a forward-thinking approach to governance. Moreover, it aligns with the broader vision set forth by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The initiative underscores the commitment to innovation and efficiency, and positioning Dubai as a global leader among cities.

Collaborative efforts

During a recent meeting hosted by the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), representatives from key government entities, including the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Police among others came together to discuss project implementation strategies. Collaboration with stakeholders and accelerated execution mechanisms were emphasized as vital components of driving progress.

Pioneering achievements

Mattar Al Tayer, director-general of the RTA, highlighted the transformative impact of the Dubai 10X initiative on pioneering achievements in infrastructure development. Hence, the collaborative efforts among government entities reflect a shared commitment to realizing Sheikh Mohammed’s vision for Dubai’s advancement.

For her part, Awad Saghir Al Ketbi, director-general of the Dubai Health Authority, said: “The Dubai 10X initiative helps make Dubai one of the world’s best, most future-ready cities, including in terms of health.”

Suzan Al Anani, CEO of Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects, said, “The Dubai 10X initiative stands as a shining testament of our leadership that firmly believes in the immense capabilities we have to offer.” Hence, the Dubai 10X initiative exemplifies Dubai’s commitment to pushing boundaries and embracing innovation under transformative leadership.

The initiative strengthens Dubai’s position as a leading global destination for innovative models and methods of government work.
