His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has recently announced that he awarded H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, and H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs and Chairman of the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council, the Mohammed bin Rashid Sash.
“In a major federal government meeting, we celebrated today the winners of the distinguished government awards. We celebrated the best ministry, the best general manager, the best federal employee, the best school principal and others,” said Sheikh Mohammed in a post on X.
He added that the government celebrated the departments that played roles in serving people, the ones with the best communication, innovation and legislation, and the best in continuous development, among others.

Sheikh Ammar, Sheikh Theyab honored for leading national initiatives
In his post, Dubai’s ruler honored the two national figures, Sheikh Ammar and Sheikh Theyab, by awarding them the Mohammed bin Rashid Sash for their roles in leading national initiatives and projects and their great impact on Emirati society.
Sheikh Ammar received the sash for his role in developing the government system in Ajman in addition to his keenness to build an effective and comprehensive partnership with the UAE government.
Sheikh Mohammed also celebrated Sheikh Theyab for his key role in leading major national projects such as the UAE Railway Program and Etihad Rail. The Dubai ruler also praised Sheikh Theyab for his major role in projects like the Emirates Council for Balanced Development’s Emirates Villages. Sheikh Mohammed also praised the community initiatives that Sheikh Theyab has launched and continuously supervises to serve the people of the UAE.
“The UAE’s development will persist, monitoring government performance will continue, and the UAE’s march towards the future is unstoppable,” Sheikh Mohammed concluded.
