Dubai South Properties has responded to escalating demand from investors and buyers by expediting the launch of phase four of its South Bay development. It has recently announced the appointment of Al Kharafi Construction Company for the construction of phases 3, 4 and 5 in a monumental AED1.5 billion ($408.5 million) contract. Last year, Dubai South Properties also appointed GINCO General Contracting LLC to construct the project’s first two phases. GINCO also constructed the infrastructure facilities for the project.
The fourth phase of South Bay is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027. It will introduce 138 units comprising three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas. Moreover, it will include a select number of five-to-seven-bedroom mansions.
Luxurious amenities
South Bay is a haven of sophistication and leisure, boasting over 800 spacious villas and townhouses. It also includes more than 200 luxurious waterfront mansions, and an array of exceptional amenities. These include a 1km lagoon, waterfront promenades with cafes and multiple beaches.
