Strategic location

Strategically located in the freight forwarding zone of Dubai South, the facility provides unmatched access to the region’s most vital logistics corridors, including Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Port, and the UAE’s national road network.

This connectivity ensures efficient supply chain operations and swift movement of goods across domestic and international markets.

The project, which prioritizes sustainability and operational efficiency, will be completed and handed over to tenants by Q1 2026. The units are air-conditioned, feature ground-level access, and are designed for easy fit-out customization, making them ideal for companies with specific operational requirements. Additional on-site retail outlets and employee amenities enhance the convenience and functionality of the space.
