Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded an AED850 million ($231.4 million) contract to Dutco Construction Co LLC for the construction of the Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay Island.
With marine works completed in this area, construction is set to begin on the 27-storey luxury residential tower. Designed by the esteemed architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the Bvlgari Lighthouse is poised to become one of the city’s most sought-after addresses and a stunning feature of the island.
Furthermore, drawing inspiration from the timeless sophistication and opulence of the Italian jeweller, the Bvlgari Lighthouse will include four and five-bedroom luxury penthouses. It will also boast an exceptional eight-bedroom Sky Villa, which will occupy the top three levels, featuring extensive private rooftop gardens, outdoor living spaces, a private pool, and stylish lounge areas flanking the building.

Moreover, the Bvlgari Lighthouse is scheduled for completion by Q2 2027 and marks Bvlgari’s third collaboration with Meraas.
