e& Group marks presence in 34 markets
e& enterprise announced its plan to acquire GlassHouse in June this year in a bid to further expand its international growth. This acquisition marks e& Group’s expansion of its operational footprint to 34 markets.
e&’s digital transformation arm now enters the Türkiye market following successful market entries into Saudi Arabia in 2019, Egypt in 2023, Qatar, and South Africa.
The acquisition of GlassHouse strengthens e& enterprise’s capabilities in private cloud and managed services, bolstering its overall value proposition with the addition of SAP capabilities and vertical expertise within the banking and financial services sector.

GlassHouse to operate independently
Now part of the e& enterprise family, GlassHouse has positioned itself for further growth with a strategic focus on augmenting e& enterprise’s SAP capabilities in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia. As the new subsidiary of e& enterprise, the company will retain its brand identity and continue to operate independently.
