Emirates announced today that it will resume its second daily flight between Dubai and Beirut starting April 1, 2025. The airline will operate its second service with a Boeing 777-300ER, which will boost weekly passenger capacity by more than 5,000 seats both ways, offering customers flexibility and catering to the growing demand.
The Emirates flight EK957 will take off from Dubai at 7:30 AM, arriving in Beirut at 10:35 AM. The return flight EK958 will depart from Beirut at 12:05 PM and will arrive in Dubai at 4:55 PM.
Emirates restarts Beirut operations following four-month suspension
On February 1, the airline restarted its services to Beirut with one daily flight. The announcement came following a four-month suspension of flights due to security events taking place in the country. The airline also announced that it would reinstate daily services to Baghdad on the same day.
Emirates’ first daily flights to Rafic Al Hariri International Airport is served by a Boeing 777-300ER in three classes, offering more than 5,000 seats both ways each week, and adding more choice, increased comfort and enhanced connectivity from Beirut to Dubai and onwards to the airline’s network of more than 140 destinations.
From February 1, Emirates started operating daily on EK953 and EK954. EK953 departs Dubai at 11:30, arriving in Beirut at 14:00. The return flight, EK954 leaves Beirut at 15:30, arriving in Dubai at 21:20.

Airline connects Beirut to key global destinations
The additional daily flight will offer travellers from Beirut a second option to visit friends and family in Dubai. This service is also a convenient, seamless layover for those connecting and traveling beyond Dubai to Emirates’ destinations such as Sydney, Melbourne, Montreal, Toronto, New York, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Mauritius, and other key points across Asia and the Indian Ocean.
This week, Emirates also celebrated 25 years of flying to Sydney. Having launched its service to Sydney in March 2000 with four weekly flights via Singapore, the airline now offers three daily, direct flights to and from Dubai and beyond, connecting Australians with over 140 destinations across the world.
To date, Emirates has connected over nine million passengers with Australia’s iconic harbour city on more than 35,000 flights. Emirates currently operates 77 weekly return services to Australia and offers over 68,000 seats to and from its five major gateways, operating three daily return services from Dubai to Melbourne and Sydney, two daily flights to Brisbane and Perth, and a daily service to Adelaide.
