Emirates Stallions Group (ESG), a multinational corporation providing investment, engineering, and construction services, in collaboration with Q Holding, a prominent Abu Dhabi-based developer, has come together to create a new venture called “Century Village,” which will develop and manage staff accommodations worth AED 320 million ($87.1 million) on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
The project will involve creating a state-of-the-art co-living community that highlights ESG’s and Q Holding’s dedication to providing top-notch and comprehensive housing solutions for employees in various industries. This innovative project aims to cater to the diverse housing requirements of employees in sectors such as healthcare, transportation, hospitality, and beyond.

According to Kayed Khorma, the CEO of Emirates Stallions Group, the project is a testament to their steadfast commitment to modernizing workforce housing and offering exceptional housing solutions to employees in various industries in the capital. The creation of this joint venture will enable them to address the diverse housing needs of professionals in different sectors.
GBH International Contracting has been appointed as the primary contractor for the Reem Hills Staff Accommodation project by Century Village.
Meanwhile, Royal Development Company (RDC) has been entrusted as the development management company for this major project since last year. Over the past year, RDC has worked hard to complete all the necessary groundwork, including conducting detailed feasibility studies, developing comprehensive designs, planning the construction process, streamlining procurement procedures, and carrying out various other essential tasks to ensure the project’s successful progression.
The Reem Hills Staff Accommodation project, located in the vibrant Al Reem Island, has been thoughtfully designed to provide its residents with a lively community lifestyle. The project features a diverse range of shared amenities and spaces that aim to promote a strong sense of community while offering exceptional benefits to its residents.
Once completed, the project will cater to approximately 5,000 staff, providing a convenient and inviting environment. The project also boasts an extensive range of community facilities, offering a comprehensive community experience that sets a new standard for staff housing in Abu Dhabi in terms of quality, location, and employee well-being.
