Emirates has launched Emirates World in Morocco, marking the introduction of its innovative travel retail store concept to North Africa for the very first time. Spanning 534 square meters, Emirates World Casablanca stands as the largest store within Emirates’ global network to date, enhancing the customer experience and reinforcing the airline’s enduring commitment to the market.

Situated on the Franklin Roosevelt Boulevard, Emirates World invites visitors to seek expert travel advice and inspiration for their next destinations, whether from the airline’s knowledgeable consultants or through advanced technologies.

The store, according to a statement, was officially opened by Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ deputy president and chief commercial officer, alongside Adil Al Ghaith, Emirates’ senior vice president of Commercial Operations for the Centre, in the presence of His Excellency Alasri Aldhaheri, UAE ambassador to Morocco. The ceremony also saw attendance from notable guests, trade partners, and members of the media.

Reflecting on this significant achievement, it was noted by Adnan Kazim that the launch of Emirates World in Casablanca closely follows the opening of their first store in Africa, which occurred just three weeks prior. This development aligns with the company’s commitment to enhancing customer experiences across its network of 19 cities on the continent.

Emirates World is seen as a way to build deeper connections with customers and inspire them to explore more with Emirates.

Tailored and dedicated customer service

Emirates World aims to elevate the customer journey through immersive experiences and personalized interactions. The store features a bright and airy color scheme, echoing the distinctive inflight ambiance, complemented by an open-plan, lounge-like setting. Nine customer service counters, staffed by expert consultants, provide a wide array of services, including travel itinerary planning, reservation support, ticketing, and general inquiries.

Innovative technologies, such as a ‘selfie mirror’ that captures photos of travelers against stunning destination backdrops, encourage customers to explore further. Additionally, self-service kiosks provide a user-friendly touchpoint, reducing wait times and offering quicker service.
