Supporting SMEs and sustainability endeavors

One of the major things that visitors can look forward to at the event is the Huawei eKit. It is a sub-brand designed for the distribution business under Huawei. This marks the first time that it will be present at GITEX GLOBAL. Huawei eKit aims to provide versatile products and solutions for millions of small businesses and Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) users, drawing from the tech giant’s 30-year ICT and digital transformation experience.

Huawei also recognizes the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Considering that 9 in 10 SMEs are keen to focus on digitalization and intelligence to build core competitiveness, the company has been increasing its strategic investments in the commercial market since 2022. GITEX GLOBAL attendees can experience the latest commercial market solutions at Huawei’s booth.

In the sustainability aspect, Huawei will make demos of Zero Carbon Park among other zero-carbon infrastructure solutions. This is a showcase of the company’s long-term strategic commitment to sustainability. This aligns with the UAE’s hosting of COP28 this year. Within this commitment, the Huawei Digital Power division leverages intelligent energy data to contribute to carbon neutrality.
