What is your current expansion strategy for AHS Properties, and how does it align with your current gross development value (GDV) targets for the coming years?

At AHS Properties, we believe that true expansion is not measured solely by the number of developments, but by the quality of the experience delivered in each one. Since our inception, we have followed a focused strategy — centered on delivering ultra-luxury projects defined by exclusivity, privacy, and an obsessive attention to detail.

Our current gross development value (GDV) has reached $2.75 billion, and with the projects currently in the pipeline, we are aiming to reach $5.5 billion by the end of 2025. But for us, these numbers are not the ultimate goal, they are a reflection of the market’s trust in the vision that drives us. Every destination we choose is carefully selected to carry our distinct signature, shaped by a consistent philosophy rooted in curated locations, visionary design partnerships, and a commitment to creating homes that set a new benchmark for luxury living.

My approach is grounded in direct involvement from site selection and design development to execution and how our team thinks, operates, and connects with clients. I make it a point to stay closely informed of shifts in the real estate market, both locally and globally, because lasting innovation stems from a deep understanding of its evolution.

What sets us apart at AHS is our determination to go beyond expectations. We don’t simply deliver high-end residences, we curate living experiences tailored with precision to each individual client. That is why personalized unit customization has become a core principle across all our projects because we believe true luxury begins when a space feels entirely one’s own.
