The 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS) 2025 opens today, Monday, from April 14 to 16 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, featuring more than 300 exhibitors from across the globe. Organized by Dubai Land Department, the event will showcase an extensive array of real estate projects, innovations, and investment opportunities, with expectations of over 16,000 visitors attending.

Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at Dubai Land Department and Chairman of the IPS Organizing Committee, stated: Dubai Land Department’s organization of IPS 2025 reflects its strategic commitment to advancing the sustainability of the real estate sector and fostering greater integration across its various components. Aligned with the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, the exhibition serves as a comprehensive platform that unites key local and international stakeholders in real estate investment, further cementing Dubai’s position as a premier global hub for innovative, smart, and sustainable real estate development.

More than 500 international delegates are set to participate, representing countries such as Ecuador, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, India, the United States, and Panama.

Additionally, over 300 exhibitors will attend, showcasing significant representation from the UAE, along with participants from the United States, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.

Key exhibitors

Notable exhibitors participating in the International Property Show 2025 include Kleindienst Group, BEYOND Developments, Union Properties, Danube Properties, Reportage Properties, Sobha Realty, BinGhatti Properties, Samana Group, and NAR India. Participants will come from a diverse range of countries, including the United States, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. Additionally, prominent names from Pakistan, such as DHA Quetta and DHA Gujranwala, will also be present.

Josef Kleindienst, chairman of Kleindienst Group, described the International Property Show 2025 as a platform for presenting future-ready, sustainable luxury developments.
