Intersec has officially announced the launch of the Intersec Police Summit, which will be featured in the lineup of exhibitions in 2025. This summit aims to establish a new global platform for showcasing excellence in policing. Leveraging Intersec’s 25-year reputation and exhibition success, the summit will offer a dedicated exhibition area, renowned speakers, a conference program, prestigious awards, an innovation zone, and live demonstrations.

Scheduled to take place from January 14th to 16th, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) as part of Intersec, the summit will be held under the theme “The world’s number one event mapping the future in safety, security, and fire protection.” It will focus on addressing the rapidly evolving dynamics of public safety and security, emphasizing the need for innovative policing solutions.
Leading companies, including Innovatrics (biometric and identity solutions), Sensotec (technology-based security solutions), Euro Holography (counterfeit and fraud protection), and Gesab (control room and decision center experts), have already committed to exhibiting in 2025. The Intersec Police Summit has also formed partnerships with the Critical Communication Agency (TCCA), the International Professional Security Association (IPSA), and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), with additional support to be announced.
Insightful presentations and panels
The summit will feature a dedicated conference program, offering insightful presentations and panels by renowned figures in law enforcement and public safety. The Innovation Zone will provide a platform for startups and tech innovators to showcase groundbreaking products and services, while the Live Demo section will present real-time demonstrations of cutting-edge policing technologies and tactics. Additionally, the Intersec Awards will introduce new policing categories to recognize exceptional achievements and contributions.
In addition to the Public Safety & Security section, Intersec 2025 will host four other product areas: Commercial & Perimeter Security, Fire & Rescue, Safety & Health, and Cyber Security. The event will also include high-impact conferences such as the Security Leaders’ Summit (ISLS), the Fire & Rescue Conference, and the Safety & Health Conference.
Addressing global policing challenges and opportunities
Grant Tuchten, Portfolio director at Intersec organizer Messe Frankfurt Middle East, expressed the significance of the Intersec Police Summit, as it addresses the broader challenges and opportunities in the global policing sector. The expanded exhibitor scope promises a comprehensive showcase of innovations within the policing industry across the show floor.
Tuchten confirmed that previous attendees of Intersec included representatives from Dubai Police, Abu Dhabi Police, and other Emirates, as well as international police representatives from countries such as Oman, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Ghana, Belgium, and Türkiye.
