According to Sheikh Nawaf, the success of digital transformation projects relies on three key factors: effective change management, collaborative teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. He emphasized that these factors are crucial for supporting and advancing the national economy through the application of innovation and technology in the gas and oil industries. The project involved the efforts of 158 workers spread across 26 teams and committees, with the system currently being utilized by 7,000 users.
