The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE), the Dubai government’s housing authority, and leading developer Wasl Group have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide sustainable housing projects that aim to enhance the quality of life and community well-being of UAE nationals.

The agreement aims to explore opportunities for implementing sustainable housing projects on land from the housing authority, specifically focusing on innovative programs that meet UAE nationals’ needs and enhance community welfare.
