Villa Amalfi development, located on the Jumeirah Bay Island, was sold for a record price of 35.5 million dirhams by real estate agency Driven Properties.
This deal joins a series of other successful transactions sealed lately. The most expensive piece of land was bought on Jumeirah Bay Island for 70 million dirhams, the most expensive penthouse in One at Palm Jumeirah sold for 85 million dirhams, and a three-bedroom unit at the Bulgari Resort and Residences sold for 12,624 dirhams per square foot – the highest recorded price per square foot in the history of Dubai.
Last week, B1 Properties announced that they have sold the most expensive Signature villa on Palm Jumeirah Frond G, called Framed Allure. B1 Properties’ most recent notable sale was of the most expensive penthouse at The Atlantis The Royal Residences, at 163 million dirhams.
In April, luxury real estate agency Bellview Real Estate successfully sold a custom-built villa located at the Palm Jumeirah for 280 million dirhams.Â
