Following the success of last year’s exclusive New Year’s Eve experience at Burj Khalifa, Emaar announced this year a new set of premier celebrations at Burj Park, providing attendees with front-row views of the world-renowned Burj Khalifa fireworks and synchronized Dubai Fountain show. This year’s event promises an unforgettable experience, with live entertainment, kids’ workshops, a curated selection of food and beverage options, and a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends to celebrate the arrival of 2025.
Burj Park is among the most ideal locations for guests looking to enjoy the iconic Burj Khalifa light, music, and fireworks show in an exclusive, ticketed setting. Guests can secure direct views of Burj Khalifa, ensuring an experience free from the usual New Year’s Eve crowds.
Whereas Burj Park offers ticketed experiences, visitors and residents of Dubai can still view the fireworks and shows for free in Downtown Dubai, allowing everyone to enjoy the spectacular display.
Celebrations to start at 3:30 pm
Starting at 3:30 pm on December 31, 2024, guests can enjoy an array of live entertainment throughout the day, including DJ performances, live bands, and children’s activities. More than 10 food and beverage stalls will offer a wide range of dining options, creating a truly festive experience.
Burj Park ticket prices
Tickets for the Burj Khalifa New Year’s Eve celebrations at Burj Park are priced at AED580 for adults and AED370 for kids above the age of five (inclusive of VAT). Each ticket includes a food and beverage voucher (AED60 for adults and AED30 for kids). Children below five years old will receive complimentary entry. However, they must also book tickets and collect a badge to access the venue.
Emaar also announced that seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a combination of picnic tables, drum tables, and bean bags to ensure comfort for all attendees. Attendees are requested to collect their badges from December 26 to 30 to ensure smooth entry to Burj Park. In addition, Emaar recommends getting to the venue by 5 pm at the latest to make the arrival smooth. The final entry is at 8 pm.
How to secure a ticket?
Guests can book their tickets for the Burj Khalifa New Year’s Eve celebrations at Burj Park through the official website.
- Step 1: Visit the official website.
- Step 2: Click on “Book Tickets Now”.
- Step 3: Click on the blue “Select Tickets” button.
- Step 4: Select the tickets you need. Make sure to select the number of free tickets you need if you plan on attending the event with children below the age of five to ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry.
- Step 5: Check out. Enter all your details to complete the payment process for your tickets.
- Step 6: Collect your badges between December 26 and 30 from Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, or Dubai Marina Mall to ensure smooth entry to Burj Park. Collection will be available from 2 pm to 10 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 10 pm on weekends. Badge collection will not be available on December 31.

Where to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks for free
Dubai will offer several public viewing areas of Burj Khalifa during New Year’s Eve. Visitors can celebrate the beginning of 2025 at Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destinations. Visitors can enjoy free access to Downtown Dubai and celebrate New Year’s Eve in style with a wide range of attractions at Dubai Mall.
Guests with restaurant reservations will get prime views of the Burj Khalifa fireworks and the Dubai Fountain synchronized show from restaurants with outdoor seating facing the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa. Although tickets for restaurants surrounding Burj Khalifa are significantly more expensive than Burj Park, visitors can enjoy uninterrupted views of the fireworks and fountain in addition to live entertainment.
General mall visitors can also enjoy free access to Downtown Dubai and explore the wide variety of attractions inside Dubai Mall, including the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo and Play DXB.
The public viewing areas in Downtown Dubai also offer a perfect opportunity to witness the iconic New Year’s Eve celebrations for free. These family-friendly areas provide an ideal setting to experience Burj Khalifa’s fireworks, light shows, and much more during New Year’s Eve.
Free access to family-friendly public viewing spots across Downtown Dubai will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Dubai will also put up LED screens along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard showcasing the live fireworks and entertainment. The public viewing areas open from 5 pm on December 31st. Arrive early to secure a good spot as space is limited. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in the public viewing areas. Keep in mind that road closures will begin between 6 pm and 8 pm, so plan to arrive before then.
