In line with the vision of Dubai’s leadership to make Dubai the global city with the best quality of life, over 65,000 holders of 5-year and 10-year Golden Visa in Dubai will be gifted the coveted Esaad privilege card.
The Esaad card provides extensive benefits and discounts across several sectors, including healthcare, education, hospitality, entertainment, real estate, and restaurants, among others. Exclusive offers and discounts are available for cardholders at 7,237 brands and businesses within the UAE and across 92 countries worldwide.
Select categories of Golden Visa holders in Dubai are set to receive the Esaad card. These categories include investors in public investment funds, real estate investors, entrepreneurs, people with specialized talents, and researchers in science and knowledge, such as scientists, doctors, specialists, inventors, and creative people in culture and art. They will also include executive directors, specialized academics, professional sportspeople, Ph.D. degree holders specializing in engineering or science, humanitarian aid workers, and outstanding university and high-school graduates.

Mona Mohammed Al Amri, Head of the Esaad Card Committee at Dubai Police, said: “We are pleased to join hands with various government stakeholders to support Golden Visa holders with a host of attractive and diverse benefits. The card will be shared electronically with all Golden Visa holders within select categories via a text message (SMS) outlining the necessary details. It provides exclusive and extraordinary offers and discounts in the UAE and beyond.”
The Esaad card is a loyalty program launched in 2018 by the General Directorate of Dubai Police. It offers exclusive privileges, discounts, and promotional offers to its members, including eligible government employees. The program aims to strengthen employee loyalty, enhance their quality of life, and increase employee satisfaction.
