Parkin announced today new monthly subscription packages for several areas across Dubai, facilitating the process to tracking payments for parking across the city.
The new subscriptions offer residents the flexibility to park multiple times a day without having to pay every time, saving both time and money. It also eases worries about extensions and fines, allowing Dubai residents a worry-free parking experience.
The areas covered by the new service include Wasl communities (Zone W & WP), Silicon Oasis (Zone H), Silicon Oasis – Limited area and Dubai Hills public parking (631G).
How it works
To subscribe to any of Parkin’s new packages, check the map first and indicate the area where you need a parking subscription, or just type the name of the area.
Next, explore available subscription options based on your selected location and choose the subscription type and period that best fit your needs.
Finally, check the subscription requirements, fill in the details, upload the required documents, and pay to secure your subscription.
The new subscriptions include the following locations:
Wasl Communities (Zone W & WP)
This Parkin subscription is valid only for Dubai Wasl Real Estate public parking (W, WP) for 1 light vehicle. Subscribers can only get a refund if they cancel the subscription within 48 hours of the issuance date. Parking isn’t guaranteed with the subscription; it’s subject to availability.
The subscription for this area offers four packages:
- 1 month: AED300
- 3 months: AED800
- 6 months: AED1,600
- 12 months: AED2,800
Silicon Oasis, Zone (H)
This subscription is valid for individuals living in or visiting Dubai. Parkin noted that you can only link 1 vehicle to this subscription and you must pay a 5 percent VAT when purchasing a subscription.
In this area, you can also subscribe to three different packages:
- 3 months: AED1,400
- 6 months: AED2,500
- 12 months: AED4,500
Silicon Oasis – Limited area
Eligibility for this package is the same as that for Silicon Oasis (Zone H). However, the fees are more affordable.
In this area, you can also subscribe to three different packages:
- 3 months: AED1,000
- 6 months: AED1,500
- 12 months: AED2,500
Dubai Hills public parking (631G)
This Parkin subscription is valid only for Dubai Hills public parking (631G). Owners of light vehicles can subscribe to this location and link only one vehicle. Parking is also not guaranteed with the subscription; it’s subject to availability.
In this area, you can also subscribe to four different packages:
- 1 month: AED500
- 3 months: AED1,400
- 6 months: AED2,500
- 12 months: AED4,500
Parkin is also offering subscriptions for roadside and plot parking in zones A, B, C and D, and packages for parking plots only in zones B and D.
Roadside and plots parking
This package offers access to parking across Dubai for up to 3 vehicles. The subscription is valid only for roadside parking with codes A and C and plot parking with codes B and D, said Parkin. Up to three vehicles can be added to the subscription under the same traffic file from Dubai, with only one vehicle active at a time.
Parkin added that you can switch between vehicles every 30 minutes. Parking is permitted for a maximum of 4 consecutive hours in roadside parking and 24 consecutive hours in plot parking.
Under this package, you can subscribe to four durations:
- 1 month: AED500
- 3 months: AED1,400
- 6 months: AED2,500
- 12 months: AED4,500

Plots only parking
This subscription is valid only for parking plots with codes B and D. Up to three vehicles can be added to the subscription under the same traffic file from Dubai, with only one vehicle active at a time. You can also switch between vehicles every 30 minutes. Heavy vehicles, including trucks, buses and pickups, cannot be added. With this package, parking is permitted for a maximum of 24 consecutive hours.
Under this package, you can also subscribe to four durations:
- 1 month: AED250
- 3 months: AED700
- 6 months: AED1,300
- 12 months: AED2,400
