The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with Qatar’s Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from May 18 to 22 amounted to QAR827.23 million ($226.85 million). During this period, the total sales contracts for residential units reached QAR193.87 million.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department indicates that the list of traded properties included vacant lands, homes, residential buildings, residential compounds, commercial buildings, and residential units.

Sales activities were primarily concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Doha, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Shamal, and Al Khor and Al Dhakira. Notable areas included The Pearl, Lusail 69, Dafna 60, Ghar Thuaileb, and Umm Al Amad.
Additionally, the volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department reached over QAR589 million during the preceding period from May 11 to 15.
