The volume of real estate transactions recorded with Qatar’s Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from June 1 to 5 amounted to QAR 911,760,894 ($250.4 million). During this same period, total sales contracts for residential units reached QAR 99,348,178 ($27.3 million), bringing the overall total to over QAR 1 billion ($274.7 million), Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported.

According to the weekly bulletin issued by the Department, the list of properties traded includes vacant lands, residential homes, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, shops, and residential units.
Sales activity was primarily concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Dhaayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, Al Shamal, and Al Shahania, as well as in areas such as The Pearl, Lusail 69, Ghar Thuaileb, and Legtaifiya.
