Dubai-based ultra-luxury real estate developer AHS Properties has achieved remarkable sales reaching a total of AED2.5 billion ($680.75 million) by selling 80 percent of its new project, “Casa Canal Interiors by Fendi Casa”.

According to Abbas Sajwani, founder and CEO of AHS Properties, Casa Canal aims to elevate the luxurious lifestyle experience in Dubai. He highlighted the project’s significant gross development value of AED3.1 billion ($844.13 million), which further reinforces its importance in the realm of luxury real estate in Dubai.
The development sets new standards, offering a wide range of luxurious units that span from 4,500 to 30,000 square feet. It features exclusive boutique houses, four- to six-bedroom sky villas and penthouses, as well as three opulent sky palaces that grace this architectural marvel.

World-renowned designers
The project’s interior designs will be curated by the world-renowned Hirsch Bedner Associates – HBA, who have been entrusted with designing the interiors of CASA Canal. The project itself is being designed by Shaun Killa, a globally acclaimed architect known for his unique and stunning design of the Museum of the Future.
