Seamless Middle East 2024 is set to host its 24th edition from May 14 to May 16 at the Dubai World Trade Center, under the patronage of Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. The event is expecting a turnout with 25,000 attendees, 750 exhibitors and 500 speakers.

Seamless Middle East 2024 serves as the convergence point for various sectors, including payments, fintech, banking, retail, e-commerce and digital marketing. Decision-makers from multiple industries will gather to explore transformative technologies that shape the future of digital commerce in the region.

Industry leaders converge

A lineup of over 500 speakers awaits attendees, with industry leaders such as Calum Chace, Yahya Alazri, Matthieu Houle, Rhiannon Scarlett and Moadh Bukhash sharing insights into artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, digital KYC and more. Moreover, international perspectives will enrich the discourse, offering valuable insights into the region’s evolving commerce landscape.

During Seamless Middle East 2024, industry leaders will delve into key domains, offering insights and strategies to navigate the digital commerce landscape. Topics include AI and the banking industry, real-time transactions, the commerce landscape, identity verification, e-commerce in the hospitality sector, logistics, omnichannel strategy, and the secrets to SEO success.

Additionally, the event features a vibrant Start-up Village showcasing over 300 startups from the region.

Moreover, in collaboration with the Association of Payment and Electronic Money Institutions of Turkey (TODEB), the Turkish Pavilion debuts at Seamless Middle East 2024, featuring nine leading companies showcasing groundbreaking solutions. This collaboration marks an exciting milestone for the event, highlighting the region’s commitment to innovation and collaboration.

For the first time, Seamless Middle East will also introduce the POP and Shop Fit Out Pavilion. The pavilions will showcase cutting-edge solutions in AI, hyper-personalization, self-checkouts, shop fit-out design, and visual merchandising. This initiative aims to elevate the omnichannel shopping experience and drive innovation in the retail sector.
