Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has issued Decision No. (61) of 2024 appointing Muna Abdulrahman Salah Abdulrahman Alosaimi as the CEO of Strategy and Corporate Governance at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

This decision takes effect immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.

Earlier in September, Sheikh Hamdan issued several decisions concerning the appointment of new CEOs for various Dubai government entities.

Issam Abdulrahim Kazim has been named CEO of the Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, while Mohammed Abdullah Shael AlSaadi has been appointed CEO of the Dubai Corporation for Consumer Protection and Fair Trade.

Additionally, Essa Harab Khalifa bin Hadher will serve as CEO of the Economic Strategy Sector at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. Sahia Sajjad Ahmed has been appointed CEO of Regulatory Policy and Governance at the same department, with Saad Mohammed Al Awadhi taking on the role of CEO of Corporate Support Services.

Khaled Hassan Mohammed Mubasheri has been appointed CEO of the Legislation and Disputes Sector at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

These appointments are effective from April 1, 2024, and will be published in the official gazette. Additionally, Sheikh Hamdan has appointed Yousuf Ahmed Yousuf Abdullah Lootah as CEO of Strategy and Corporate Performance at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, effective from October 1, 2024.
