Plaza Premium Group (PPG), the world’s leading provider of integrated airport hospitality experiences, hosted His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan for a tour of its facilities in Abu Dhabi at Zayed International Airport. The visit commenced at the luxurious Diamond Lounge, located in the VVIP terminal, and continued to the Pearl Lounge in Terminal A, showcasing PPG’s commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.

During the tour, His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan received an in-depth overview of PPG’s premium facilities and culinary offerings tailored for first and business class travelers. A highlight of the visit was the introduction of a bespoke caviar bar, currently in development as part of PPG’s partnership with the esteemed Numero Uno brand.

Bora Isbulan, deputy CEO of Plaza Premium Group, stated: “Since the announcement of our partnership, our teams have collaborated closely to redefine culinary indulgence for global travelers. We are excited to be introducing a selection of premium caviar sourced from leading farms in Italy, France, Azerbaijan, and China, soon available for gourmet tasting and purchase in our lounges.” He emphasized that PPG’s culinary team has partnered with Numero Uno to create custom caviar dishes aimed at providing a distinctive and memorable dining experience for the discerning guests.

Culinary delight

The design and culinary teams have been diligently working to elevate the luxury culinary offerings at Zayed International Airport, aiming to set a new standard in airport lounge experiences that seamlessly combines world-class hospitality with the finest caviar selections.

Numero Uno, an Abu Dhabi-based supplier of caviar and gourmet foods, was launched under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan. The brand recently opened the largest state-of-the-art caviar repacking facility in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, located in KIZAD, an industrial hub between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This facility is fully HACCP and ISO 22000 certified, ensuring the highest food safety and quality standards for the HoReCa community.
