TikTok and Visa have joined forces in a strategic collaboration aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the UAE.
The initiative provides SMBs with a range of tools, resources, and financial incentives designed to help them grow and thrive in an increasingly digital marketplace.
As part of the partnership, eligible SMBs that spend $250 on TikTok advertising using a Visa Commercial card will receive $150 in TikTok Ad Credits. This exclusive offer is available to first-time users of TikTok Ads Manager and will run until September 30, 2025.
The goal is to help businesses tap into TikTok’s vast user base and boost their visibility through creative, data-driven campaigns.

Partners in SMB progress
“SMBs are the heart of the UAE’s economy, and we are committed to helping them thrive in the digital era,” said Joanne Chehab, head of business partnerships, Global Business Solutions, MENA – TikTok. “This partnership with Visa provides SMBs with not just financial incentives, but also the knowledge and tools they need to show up authentically and creatively on TikTok. It aligns perfectly with the UAE’s vision to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital growth.”
“Visa is proud to support SMBs; an essential driver of economic resilience and innovation in the UAE,” said Salima Gutieva, Visa’s VP and country manager for UAE. “Through our collaboration with TikTok, we are enabling businesses to access new customers not only through digital marketing but also equipping them with the skills needed to succeed. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to empowering entrepreneurs as part of the UAE’s digital transformation agenda.”
Beyond ad credits, participating businesses will gain access to a variety of value-added benefits, including TikTok masterclasses, live Q&A sessions with platform experts, and the “Grow with TikTok Resource Hub,” a comprehensive learning and support platform.
In a special incentive, the first three businesses to register will also receive a free advertisement to promote their brand.

Helping SMBs expand their presence
The initiative is proof of TikTok and Visa’s shared commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and fostering innovation in the UAE. It also aligns with the country’s broader national strategy to accelerate digital adoption and drive economic diversification through technology.
By combining Visa’s secure payment infrastructure with TikTok’s engaging content platform, the partnership offers a powerful new avenue for SMBs to expand their reach and scale their operations in a digital-first economy.
