Excitement is building as the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ Trophy Tour makes its way to the UAE. FIFA has officially announced the Asian launch of the tour, which is scheduled to take place from February 22 to 24.
A remarkable series of events is set to unfold at Abu Dhabi’s most iconic landmarks, including Al Ain, aimed at celebrating the tournament and engaging football fans from around the globe. Notably, Al Ain Club will stand out as the first club in Asia to host this prestigious cup tour.
Meanwhile, FIFA President Gianni Infantino has referred to the new FIFA Club World Cup™ trophy as the “start of a new history.” This statement was made during an event in New York, United States, marking the official launch of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ Trophy Tour. This initiative offers supporters worldwide the unique chance to witness the biggest prize in world club football up close, as highlighted on the FIFA website.

The new trophy, crafted in collaboration with global luxury jeweller Tiffany & Co., will travel through the cities of all 32 participating clubs in the coming months, captivating fans as part of the lead-up to the most inclusive and merit-based competition ever.

Tournament schedule and host cities
Set to unfold in 11 host cities across 12 stadiums in the United States, the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup™ will kick off on Saturday, June 14, in Miami, and will culminate on Sunday, July 13, at MetLife Stadium in New York, New Jersey. The winner will be awarded a unique piece of silverware, fitting for the greatest spectacle in club football history.
Ticket sales for the 2025 tournament
Just last month, FIFA revealed the start of a new phase for ticket sales for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, which is slated to occur in the United States from June 14 to July 13. Tickets will be sold on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
A total of 32 clubs from six continents, including Al Ain, the champion of the latest AFC Champions League, will compete in the tournament. This ticket sales phase allows fans globally to secure tickets for the knockout stage matches and the final.
FIFA has also set aside a specific number of tickets for fans of participating clubs for each match. These tickets, currently available for purchase, will cover the entire tournament, including the final, with confirmations dependent on each team’s qualification for subsequent matches.
