New release

Google has released the new version of its Chrome web browser for desktop operating systems and Android. This new version of Chrome, Google Chrome 123.0, includes multiple feature updates and crucial security updates. Therefore, to ensure protection, the UAE Cybersecurity Council urges users to update their Google Chrome browsers.

The new Chrome 123.0 release is now available for installation. To install the new update, desktop users need to enter their Chrome browser and press the menu button on the top right corner. Then, users need to press the help button to check the ‘About Chrome’ page. This page automatically checks for any updates. Any new updates will automatically download. Finally, users need to restart their browser to complete the upgrade.
