Transformative features
This project, WAM reported, enables MoEI to deliver proactive services, request data just once, and exchange digital documents in real time. It further represents a transformative effort aligned with the federal government performance agreements for 2023-2024.
Enhancing customer experience
Data Bridge will enhance the customer experience, minimize the number of documents needed for transactions, and shorten the time required to provide services. This marks a significant advancement in streamlining government processes within the Ministry.
Additionally, the initiative aims to increase the number of government entities exchanging digital documents with MoEI to 50, achieve complete digital connectivity with these entities, elevate customer satisfaction related to providing data once to 90 percent by the end of 2025, and cut the number of documents required by half by the end of next year.
