Authorities in the UAE have announced holidays for the upcoming National Day.
Employees of ministries and federal entities will have an official holiday for the 53rd Eid Al Etihad on Monday and Tuesday, December 2 and 3, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) said. Work will resume on Wednesday, December 4.

Similarly, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has also announced a holiday for December 2 and 3 for the private sector.
The announcements align with the Cabinet’s decision on the approved official holidays calendar for both the government and private sectors in the UAE for 2024, as stated in a circular issued by the authority to all federal ministries and entities.
